Our Quality Policy

Salalah Medical Supplies Manufacturing Co., LLC (SMSMCO’s) mission and quality policy is to deliver high quality medical products such as surgical and examination gloves, facemasks, surgical cotton, adhesive plaster, etc. products to all medical institutions in the Sultanate of Oman, throughout the Middle East, to Europe and to the rest the world.

To achieve this, SMSMCO has implemented an efficient quality management system conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

SMSMCO’s laboratory is equipped with the world’s most advanced quality control instruments to ensure that our products have the highest standards of quality and consistency. The techniques used for measurement of various important properties involve a series of complex testing procedures that have been shown to be effective and trustworthy.

SMSMCO’s R & D and Quality Control Laboratories have exceptionally well trained and experienced chemists and engineers who study the needs of customers, initiate continuous product upgrading and improvements and, above all, maintain consistent superior quality.
